I agree that more Sales are achieved when all the team have been trained to identify opportunities. I have some new staff that need training & older staff that need refreshers because sometimes when the business is developing new programs for us to use that becomes the complete focus & looking for sales is thrown out the window!
Today’s buyers expect more than generic outreach–they want relevant, personalized interactions that address their specific needs. I am used to joining teams not setting teams up with a customer. I would like to learn those skills. Also in a session with my Manager Rob I identified that I need to have set up easy access to any document or calculator or form that I might need so I don’t fumble if I get caught with an enquiry I did not expect!
