Over 20 years ago, I was curious about the customerservice mechanisms of a company. They were the benchmark of outstanding customerservice. I have to admit that I tire easily of the guru’s, experts, peddlers of marketing/sales automation tools, and consultants continually pointing out the obvious. And in 5 years, it will change again.
Be aware, with more people working from home, your internet service may struggle to keep up. If your internet goes down, what is the number to your ISP customerservice?
